Commission Seeks Bids to Administer Uninsured Employer's Fund

The Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission issued a request for proposals for claims administration services for the Uninsured Employer's Fund. The fund pays work comp benefits when an uninsured employer is unable to meet its financial requirements to compensate an employee for a workplace injury.  The winning vendor will be responsible for processing and investigating all claims associated with the fund.
