Supreme Court Says Employer Must Reimburse Worker for Medical Marijuana

The New Jersey Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld a lower court’s decision holding that workers’ compensation carriers can be compelled to reimburse workers who use medical cannabis to treat their injuries and illnesses.
