The Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau is presenting a webinar on Dec. 13 that will explore drivers of claim duration in California.
WCIRB Vice President and Actuary Tony Milano and Jacob Kingsley, an actuarial analyst, will explore why it takes seven years to close 90% of comp claims in California, compared with three years for the average state.
In addition to discussing four key drivers of claim duration, Milano and Kingsley will also explore differences in claim duration within the state.
