Advisory Council to Consider Four Workers' Compensation Bills

The Tennessee Advisory Council on Workers’ Compensation will meet March 20 to discuss four pieces of legislation: HB0157/SB0177, which would require that by no later than Dec. 15 of each year, the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation must report each employer that failed to provide workers’ compensation coverage or to qualify as a self-insured employer.
