Oklahoma City attorney Bob Burke last week filed yet another constitutional challenge to the 2013 legislative reforms of the state's comp system.
By his count, he's secured court rulings declaring 39 provisions of the law unconstitutional, invalid or inoperable, and now he's going after the statutory limitation on the compensability of claims based on the aggravation of pre-existing conditions.
On Thursday, Burke filed a petition with the Oklahoma Supreme Court for review of a case called McPeak v. Express Services.
