New York State Police have charged the president of a Wilson funeral home with seven counts of workers' compensation fraud for allegedly working while receiving disability benefits.
David A. Ross, 47, of Ransomville, allegedly received seven checks between June and December 2011 totaling $15,000 from the New York State disability insurance program for a back injury. But during that time, he was employed as president of the Hamilton and Clark Funeral Home.
Ross was ordered to appear before the Town of Lewiston Court on Sept. 29. At that hearing, he will be additionally charged ...
