Bus Driver With History of Back Issues Fails to Prove Compensable Injuries

The Virginia Court of Appeals upheld a denial of benefits to a bus driver, finding his claims of injury from a motor vehicle accident were unsupported by the record evidence. Leon Strom worked as a bus driver for Transdev Services Inc. On Oct. 16, 2020, Strom was pulling out from a bus stop when a car collided with the bus.
