Worker Can't Proceed With Claim for Injuries From Inherent Hazard

A New York appellate court ruled that an injured worker could not proceed with a claim for negligence or violation of the Labor Law for his injuries from a hazard inherent in his job removing debris.   Case: Pacheco v.
