The Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court has extended its order that trials and hearings will be held in person unless a party requests a video conference.
The order, posted Tuesday, extends the court's May 22 order until further notice. Although a number of states have canceled most in-person proceedings during the pandemic, the Nebraska court is moving ahead with them, despite widespread increases in COVID-19 infections around the country.
