Amendments Limit COVID Bill to School Workers, Revise Poster Requirements

A bill proposing to require employers to ensure that workers who test positive for COVID-19 are excluded from the workplace was amended to apply only to California school employees. At the same time, a bill requiring that mandatory workplace posters notify workers of the right to consult an attorney for work comp claims was amended to require language about how attorney fees are paid.
