BWC Proposes Rule Changes on Penalties for Late Premiums

The Ohio Bureau of Workers' Compensation is seeking public comment regarding proposed rules on late premium payments and payroll reports, sick leave supplemental benefits and other issues. The BWC is required to conduct a review of regulations every five years, and regulators have completed the review for Ohio Administrative Code, Chapters 4123-14 and 4123-5, the agency announced.
