The Oregon Department of Consumer and Business Services announced that extended deadlines for property and casualty carriers to report claims and suspend cancellations and nonrenewals will run through at least July 22.
In response to the COVID-19 crisis, DCBS in March issued an order requiring carriers to adopt a grace period for premium payments, give employers more time to report claims while creating ways to pay premiums and report claims while maintaining safe social distancing standards.
