A police officer employed by the Treasury Department at the U.S. Mint in Philadelphia was arrested last Thursday on charges that he fraudulently collected $173,000 in disability benefits, New Jersey U.S. Attorney Paul J. Fishman announced.Richard Rufo, 49, of Mt.
