A veteran Rhode Island Workers' Compensation Court judge was sworn in Friday as the court's chief judge during a State House ceremony.
George E. Healy Jr. of East Greenwich, RI, who has been the court's acting chief judge since Robert F. Arrigan retired in December, was sworn in by the State Supreme Court after having received Senate confirmation in a 35-0 vote.
