A workers' compensation claimant is scheduled to enter her plea today to four felony counts relating to her two insurance claims, American Commercial Claims Administrators said in a press release on Wednesday.
ACCA said Maria Grijalba, 34, of Fort Bragg was arrested on Sept. 13 for four felony counts related to her workers' compensation claim for a lower back injury while employed as a part-time housekeeper. Grijalba's injury resulted from lifting a tub full of towels causing a sharp pain through her lower back.
