A San Bernardino County man has been charged with nine felonies for claiming a work-related injury that turned out to be the result of a skateboarding accident.Rudy Matthew Ursua, 25 of Victorville, was arrested Sept. 9 by investigators of the San Bernardino District Attorney's office on charges that he made false and fraudulent statements and lied about his injuries in violation of state penal and insurance codes.Ursua filed for workers' compensation benefits claiming he was injured April 9, 2008, while working at RCR Plumbing & Mechanical and stepped on some loose plumbing fittin...
