The Michigan Workers’ Disability Compensation Agency on Thursday issued a notice about the requirement to pay the state a $100 fee as part of a claim settlement.
“The WDCA has encountered problems with proper payment to the agency of the duly ordered plaintiff and defendant redemption fees,” the agency said. “Payment of the fees is the obligation of the defendant as provided in every redemption order.”
