A former postal worker was convicted on Tuesday for health care fraud and making false statements to collect workers' compensation after investigators found that she ran in the Boston Marathon and other athletic events while on disability, the U.S. Justice Department said Monday.Jacquelyn V. Myers of Tallahassee faces up to 15 years in prison when sentenced on July 25, federal prosecutors said in a press release.Myers filed a workers' compensation claim for an alleged lower back injury in May 2009 during the annual letter carriers' food drive.
