The Maryland Workers’ Compensation Commission announced that it will stop sending paper notices to parties who signed up for electronic filing through CompHub.
When the commission launched the CompHub online system, it decided to send both electronic notices and paper notices to parties “as a safety measure so that the users would know if they were receiving all of their mail electronically.”
The commission said this helped it identify any electronic services issues.
