TCS Partners with WCIRB on Star System

Indian technology and service provider Tata Consultancy Services partnered with the California Workers’ Compensation Insurance Rating Bureau to create the state’s ratemaking agency’s new computer system that was rolled out last year.The WCIRB launched the first phase of its Star System in September 2012.
