Facts: ABC Studios Inc. entered into a contract with the owner of a gas station to film an episode of a television show.
The property is surrounded by an 8-foot metal fence. On the side of the property, a metal rolling gate slid along a track that ran through containment towers to keep it upright. It was not equipped with stops to prevent rolling beyond the towers.
