The Delaware Department of Labor has announced new minimum and maximum workers' compensation rates that took effect on Monday.State Labor Secretary John J. McMahon Jr. said the rates are based on the state average weekly wage derived from data submitted by employers participating in the state unemployment insurance system for calendar year 2012.
