OSHA has cited a Brooklyn contractor after one of its laborers fell to his death from the sixth floor of a building under construction.
Brooklyn-based J&M Metro General Contracting Corp. was cited on Sept. 30 for one willful violation, for allegedly failing to provide fall protection, and five serious violations for other hazards, OSHA said in a news release. The company faces $84,600 in proposed fines.
