R&Q Completes Assignment of Deductible-Policy Liabilities

Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings Ltd. has completed the assignment of insurance liabilities under workers’ comp deductible policies. The liabilities relate to workers’ comp policies issued between 1988 and 2012 to a U.S. corporation from a large U.S. carrier. With this transaction, the carrier has assigned the insurance liabilities under the deductible policies, therefore providing full finality to the corporation, while keeping the original carrier fully collateralized.
