Committee Passes Bill Requiring Hiring Preference for Workers at MMI

The New Jersey Assembly Labor Committee has approved a bill that would require larger employers to give preference to injured workers who have reached maximum medical improvement. Assembly Bill 2617, co-sponsored by Rep.
