An Elk Grove Village home-siding maker is facing up to $103,000 in penalties after being cited for safety hazards for the third time in three years, according to the U.S. Department of Labor’s Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
In October of last year, OSHA inspectors at Rollex Corp. found five serious safety violations and one repeat violation, which were similar to violations found in both September 2011 and May 2012, according to OSHA.
