Out-of-State Fee Schedule Bill Moves to Senate

Medical providers treating workers injured in Alaska would be required to bill for services at the rates authorized by the medical fee schedule in their state under a bill the House of Representatives passed last week.The House voted 36-0 with three excused and one member not voting to pass House Bill 141. The House Labor and Commerce Committee introduced the bill.Rep.
