New Director Appointed for Antidiscrimination Unit

The Utah Labor Commission announced Heather Gunnarson was appointed to serve as the new director of its Antidiscrimination and Labor Division. Gunnarson previously served in the position from 2006 until 2012, when she was named director and presiding judge of the Adjudication Unit. She was a litigation partner for Salt Lake City law firm Hoole & King before joining the Labor Commission.
