VOSH Applies Program to Address National Problem of Misclassified Workers

Virginia’s Department of Labor and Industry announced a new program to address state employees misclassifying workers, a practice that the Economic Policy Institute said is becoming more costly to taxpayers and social insurance systems nationwide.
