The Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission posted notice that carriers no longer need to file the paper Form 45H, the state's notice of cancellation or nonrenewal.Based on its Dec. 19, 2008, agreement for electronic filing with the National Council on Compensation Insurance, the agency said the electronic transactions are being received daily from the Boca Raton, Fla.-based rate maker.The requirement for the filing of Form 45H was dropped on Feb. 2.Source: Virginia Workers' Compensation Commission body { background: FFF; }
