Pinnacol Joins Battle Over Single-Payer Initiative

Pinnacol Assurance, Colorado's state-chartered carrier, has entered the debate over a ballot initiative that would create a single-payer health care system in the state, saying the proposal would demolish an otherwise stable workers' compensation system.
