The West Virginia Supreme Court unanimously ruled that a coal miner was not entitled to additional temporary total disability benefits for a head injury but was entitled to an evaluation by a neurologist. Case: Murray American Energy Inc. v. Parsons, No. 19-1062, 01/20/2021, published. Facts: Benjamin Parsons worked for Murray American Energy Inc. as a coal miner.
