ICA Rebukes Efforts of Employers to Direct Care

Arizona employers in 2011 and 2012 supported legislation that would have allowed them to control medical care. Those bills failed, but enough employers are trying to steer injured workers to specific providers that the Industrial Commission issued a memo stating the practice is illegal.
