The state of Connecticut has filed a lawsuit against a Florida-based compounding pharmacy and more than a dozen state employees over a kickback scheme that cost the state almost $11 million.
“The fraud we are alleging in this lawsuit is simply egregious,” state Attorney General George Jepsen in a statement, according to a local news report.
