PTSD Bill Dies in Senate as Session Ends

A plan to allow “mental-mental” stress claims by first responders has died in the West Virginia Senate. House Bill 2321, sponsored by Del. Chad Lovejoy, D-Cabell, passed the House in February and the Senate Health and Human Resources Committee early last week.
