The Pennsylvania Insurance Department has issued a reminder to insurance carriers that the deadline for submitting information for its annual data call is approaching.
The department's "Special Schedule W" data call collects basic information about written and earned premiums, claims closed, losses and loss-adjustment expenses and other financial statistics in the state's workers' compensation system, according to its website.
