A federal grand jury in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, has indicted a federal U.S. Army Corps of Engineers worker on charges that he illegally collected $143,475.41 in workers' compensation benefits between 2011 and 2014.
U.S. Attorney Peter Smith said in a press release that Chad McClure, 45, of Chambersburg, Pennsylvania, was charged in a five-count indictment with fraudulently collecting benefits paid out under the Federal Employees' Compensation Act for a disability claim while concealing his employment and affiliation with CM Pig Out, a catering services firm.
