DIR Updates Mandatory Informational Poster

The Nevada Department of Industrial Relations updated the information poster employers must display to add language describing when an employer is required to obtain workers’ compensation coverage and whether a worker is a covered employee. The revised poster explains that employers must provide comp coverage for employees, but not for independent contractors.
