Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg Jr. announced the indictment of four interior construction companies and their executives for allegedly engaging in a conspiracy to evade more than $1.7 million in premium by paying workers in cash.
Solomon Feder, 35, and Chaim Leifer, 43, owned Big Apple Designers and Velocity Framers USA. Moshe Weinberger, 31, managed the companies.
Feder, Leifer, Weinberger and the two companies allegedly colluded with Carlos Santander, 46, and his two companies, CIS Enterprises Corp. and CIS Construction.
