Fort Worth, Texas, Mayor Betsy Price condemned workers’ compensation provider CorVel Enterprise Comp for its actions the morning after a sergeant in the Fort Worth Police Department was shot in the line of duty, according to the Fort Worth Star-Telegram.
Price said a CorVel representative showed up at the hospital where Sgt. S. Drake was being treated the morning after the incident and asked “inflammatory questions” of Drake’s family, other officers and hospital staff.
