Diagnostics Bill Taken Off Table to Allow Time to Review Court Decision

Oregon’s Management-Labor Advisory Committee revoked its recommendation that lawmakers pass a bill intended to ensure injured workers have access to diagnostic services, in order to allow more time to assess the implications of a recent state Supreme Court decision. The advisory committee spent the better part of the 2019 legislative session hashing out language for House Bill 3022 that was acceptable to trial lawyers, employers and insurers.
