Case: Morin v Heritage Builders Group LLC, No. 533628, 12/01/2022, published. Facts: Marco Morin worked as a taper for Wall-Tech Drywall LLC. He fell and was injured while working at a construction site on a property owned by Heritage Builders Group LLC.
