The Arizona Industrial Commission is hosting a two-day training seminar that will explore all aspects of the claims handling, as well as the effect of new legislation and recent court decisions.The first day of the seminar will feature educational workshops conducted by Industrial Commission employees focusing on claims processing, the hearing process and settlements, workplace safety and employment law.Sessions on the second day will explore recent legislative and judicial activity, as well as a panel discussion on evidence-based medical treatment guidelines.
