Commission Hearing Suggestions on Medical Services Provider Manual

The South Carolina Workers’ Compensation Commission on Tuesday received a draft of proposed changes to the Medical Services Provider Manual and is accepting public comment through Feb. 10. Commission staff are proposing several changes to the regulations within the manual, which also establishes maximum medical provider fees.
