The Kentucky Supreme Court unanimously ruled that an assembly line worker’s claim for benefits for cumulative trauma was timely filed. Case: Ford Motor Co. v. Duckworth, No. 2019-SC-0357-WC, 01/21/2021, published. Facts: Deborah Duckworth began working for the Ford Motor Co. in 1998. She worked 10-hour shifts as an assembler, five days a week.
