The California Applicants’ Attorneys Association repeated its call for the full $120 million in the Return-to-Work Supplement Program to be disbursed to injured workers every year.
CAAA, in an email sent Monday morning, noted that the $120 million program created by Senate Bill 863 to supplement comp benefits for injured workers who suffer a disproportionate loss of earnings has yet to pay out $100 million in any given year.
