Employer Wrongfully Refuses to Rehire Injured Truck Driver

The Wisconsin Court of Appeals ruled that an employer wrongfully refused to rehire an injured employee who was cleared to return to work. Bruce Belland Trucking Inc. is a company that harvests, hauls and sells wood. Mark Maney worked for Belland as a loader/truck driver.
