A Cleveland-area claimant was ordered to pay more than $3,000 in restitution after investigators for the Bureau of Workers' Compensation observed him working while collecting workers' comp benefits.
Angelo Reillo, 32, of Garfield Heights, on Dec. 1 pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge before the Franklin County Common Pleas Court, the BWC's Special Investigations Department said in a press release. A judge fined Reillo $50 and ordered him to pay $3,354 in restitution to the BWC.
