The New York Workers' Compensation Board is rolling out a limited-release version of its new electronic claims management system a full two years ahead of the launch of the full system and is offering webinars on it in November.
Known as OnBoard, the system is part of a multimillion-dollar, multiyear overhaul of the board's business information interface. The full program is set to go live in 2023 and is being designed to provide streamlined filing and data access.
