California medical providers can access the state’s treatment guidelines online without having to pay for a commercial license, the Division of Workers’ Compensation announced Tuesday.
The licensing fee has been a sticking point for providers since the division in December 2017 incorporated into the Medical Treatment Utilization Schedule the guidelines developed by the American College of Occupational and Environmental Medicine, published by Reed Group.
